Jao Jao, Great Dragon of the Ruby Estate

Excuse these random titles, I guess I'm kinda high and rolling with silly ideas because I can.

So! Recently, due to my travel plans being less urgent, I got myself an iPad to art on. I use it for browsing danbooru and doing other random stuff too but go draw on it like one would on a much more pricey Wacom Cintiq was the justification for such an expense. I'm pretty much broke until my summer job now heh ...

I drew on it for the first time today, using a cheap stylus because the good one I ordered is delayed somewhere in the mail. All I can say is ... Drawing on the art app Procreate is so freaking pleasant like you would not believe. Maybe I've been shuttered down by Photoshop elements for too long, but eh. The brush blending in this app is super fun, and I love being able to draw anywhere, in the train or in bad.

I drew Meiling because she's cute and needs more love, and draws her awesomely so everyone needs to petition her to draw her moar. Oh and because was fangirling over her and making awesome parody plans that I want to tackle later, so I guess this was a good warmup. =>

I'm rather happy with this even if it's kinda messy. Still getting to grips with this new program but expect some more polished works in the near future. ^^
