EDIT: Minor edits + cleaning up. Mostly microscopic, but noticeable is enlarging Caga and Mey's words, and reducing the drop-shadow opacity. Probably still missed a few spots, but won't bother any more after this.

Entry to 's June '10 contest, "Hot Date".

Athrun books an evening out at a cosplay cafe with Cagalli ... only to be served by Meyrin in matching attire, whom just Athrun can't help sneaking glances at. Is it a setup, or just a happy coincidence? ... You decide.

Translation of the Japanese:

Cagalli: W-who are you really taking out on date here? O___O

Meyrin: Your drinks are here! ^_^

Athrun: Um, well ... could we make it a three-person thing ... ? ^^"

Obviously, if you're on a date, traditionally it means a couple, and not, a, er ... threesome. So Cagalli has as much reason to be angry as Athrun does to be hopeful. >< Pleeeease don't take this too seriously, I'm only teasing Athrun, and have no intention of inciting any pairing-wars or whatnot. =3

A reference to Haruhi with the costumes for those who might not have gotten it ... It started off as Meyrin as a maid in a cosplay cafe, which became Mikuru's outfit, and then I was like, whattheheck, why not Kyon and Haruhi it as well? And the Jap I just felt like chucking in, partially due to being in the midst of studying for my exam next week. My thanks to Watanabe-sensee for helping me fix some of the grammar in this! ^^
