I know dA's always been a nice home where the "facelessness" and lack of "real-name" nonsense makes people feel better about being themselves and so on. But I've always enjoyed seeing friends' face reveals and so on, and it's probably important for me to set something straight since I've more or less come out everywhere for over a year or much longer, except here. So like, hi - I'm Dawn, I'm trans and I'm a girl. Nice to re-meet you all. =3 Here's a pic of me with a cool woman artist from the Renaissance (Artemisia Gentileschi). Wondering how many of my old friends / watchers are still active here ... This place is like a ghost to me but I keep getting drawn back because all of my creative history is here and can't really be found anywhere else in such a complete form. It's a reminder of who I was as an artist and who I might yet be. As well as the life-long friendships I've forged here. Maybe I'll start posting some current stuff here again. It's been awhile. Hope you've all been well. ~
